How do I subscribe?
Open the app and tap on the subscription tier you'd like to join. Subscriptions are processed securely through Apple In-App Purchases. Choose between Basic ($1.00/mo) for full app access including broadcasts, tour dates, merch, and community, or VIP ($10.00/mo) for everything in Basic plus exclusive pre-release music, behind-the-scenes content, and 10% off merch.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your Apple device:
- Open Settings
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions
- Select Blessd Exclusive
- Tap Cancel Subscription
You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Subscription payments are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit
reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. Apple processes all refund requests for In-App Purchases.
How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe. Open the app and go to your profile — your subscription should restore automatically. If it doesn't, try tapping "Restore Purchases" on the subscription screen.
How do I access exclusive music?
VIP members get access to pre-release tracks and exclusive content in the Bóveda section. Look for the VIP badge on content items — these are available only to VIP subscribers. New exclusive drops are announced via push notifications.
How do I change my display name?
Go to your profile in the app and tap on your display name to edit it. Changes take effect immediately across the app.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, email us at
support@cigolmusic.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days. Make sure to cancel your subscription first to avoid further charges.
I'm not receiving push notifications
Make sure notifications are enabled for Blessd Exclusive in your device settings: go to Settings > Notifications > Blessd Exclusive and toggle notifications on. Also check that Do Not Disturb is off.
The app is crashing or not loading
Try closing the app completely and reopening it. If the issue persists, make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store. If problems continue, contact us with your device model and iOS version so we can investigate.
